I am currently an undergraduate student at Indiana University Bloomington, where I am earning a Bachelor of Arts in Media, with a concentration in Sports Media at The Media School. Additionally, I’m earning a Journalism Certificate from the school. Below are the organizations and opportunities that I have been a part of while a student at the university.
Digital and Social Media Specialist at Crossroads Studio
Hoosiers Connect & Bison Drop
February 2026 – Present
Since February 2026, I’ve served as a Digital and Social Media Specialist for Indiana Elite Basketball and Hoosier Connect’s Bison Drop, with Crossroads Studio. With Indiana Elite, I’ve managed their X and Instagram accounts, designing graphics for their rosters and event information. I redesigned their account appearances, updating their profile icons and headers. Additionally, I’ve planned and executed campaigns for their social media, such as marketing their online store and introducing their players to the organization’s 8k total social media followers.
Social Media Coordinator at IU Marching Hundred
March 2025 – Present
In March 2025, I started my position as the Social Media Coordinator for the Marching Hundred. My responsibilities include managing the band’s Twitter and Instagram accounts and planning campaigns for the band’s social media channels. During the 2025 Hundred season, I was fortunate enough to cover the band’s social media accounts for the 2025 Big Ten Football Championship Game, the 137th Tournament of Roses Parade, the 112th Rose Bowl Game, the 2026 Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl, and the 2026 College Football Playoff National Championship Game.
Social & Digital Media Intern at IU Athletics
Mark Cuban Center for Sports Media and Technology
August 2023 – Present
I am currently a Social & Digital Media Intern with IU Athletics and the Cuban Center. There, I help curate content for the social media accounts associated with the athletic department and individual sports programs, as well as distribute content to the athletes, such as photos and videos taken of individuals.
During my time with the Cuban Center, I’ve covered events such as the 2024 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament, the 2024 MPSF Women’s Water Polo Tournament, the 2025 Big Ten Football Media Days in Las Vegas, and the 2025 Big Ten Field Hockey Tournament.
Student Ambassador at The Media School
August 2023 – Present
I’ve been a Student Ambassador for The Media School since my sophomore year at IU. While an ambassador, I’ve helped give two tours a week to prospective students, helped with events that are hosted by the school, and participated in ambassador training meetings throughout the year.
Marketing Intern at Finney Hospitality Group
June 2025 – August 2025
For Summer 2025, I worked at Finney Hospitality Group as a Marketing Intern. I developed marketing campaigns with Finney, and the businesses under their umbrella: Yogi’s Bar and Grill, Social Cantina, Smokeworks, The Tap, and Kind Car Wash. Mainly, I did marketing for Kind Car Wash, based out of Columbus, IN. Some of the projects I worked on included setting up social media accounts for the wash, designing graphics using Canva to use on both social media and their video board underneath their street sign, and engaging with the local community in Columbus to partner with Kind.
College Program Event Staff at Indianapolis Motor Speedway
May 2025 – July 2025
For the 109th Indianapolis 500, in May 2025, I served as a Credential Representative in the Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s college program. During my time with IMS, I distributed credentials to individuals. This involved me using IMS’s program to search for and produce specific credentials that the holder was assigned.
In July 2025, I worked as a Suite Concierge for IMS for the weekend leading up to the 2025 Brickyard 400 NASCAR race. For Brickyard Weekend, I was stationed at the suites at the track. During my shifts, I made sure each suite was set up for each suite holder and assisted guests.
Other Organizations I’m Involved With
During my freshman year and part of my sophomore year at IU, I was a part of the Indiana Hockey Broadcast Network, which broadcast games on YouTube for IU’s club hockey team, which plays in the American Collegiate Hockey Association’s Division II. While being a part of the broadcast team, I assisted with making graphics for the broadcasts, operated the camera during broadcasts, and edited down the individual live streams into shorter highlight videos for the team’s YouTube channel and social media accounts.
Since the start of my freshman year at IU, I have been a member of the Marching Hundred and the Big Red Basketball Band. While being a member of the Marching Hundred organization, I have performed with the band during every home IU football game and traveling to some away games, performing at school spirit events by the university, and have taken part in exhibition performances for Indiana State School Music Association (ISSMA) marching band competitions and even performing prior to the 2023 Bands of America Grand Nationals in Indianapolis. As a member of the Hundred during the 2025 season, I participated in events surrounding the 2025 Big Ten Football Championship Game, the 137th Tournament of Roses Parade, the 112th Rose Bowl Game, the 2026 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, and the 2026 College Football Playoff National Championship Game. While being a part of the Big Red Basketball Band for Indiana Women’s Basketball, I’ve traveled to the 2025 Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament and the 2025 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament.
